Refund Policy

The short version
You can cancel any time. New customers get a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Annual plans are pro-rated. Overages and the 0.5% checkout fee are non-refundable. We respond to refund requests within 1 business day.
1. 14 day money-back guarantee
If you are a new customer and you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription, we refund your subscription fee in full, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with the subject "14-day refund" and we process it within 5 business days.
2. Pro-rated refunds for annual plans
If you cancel an annual subscription mid-term, you get a pro-rated refund for unused months, minus the difference between annual and monthly pricing for months already used.
Example. You paid $1,970 for an annual Growth plan ($164.20/mo equivalent). You cancel after 6 months. Months used at monthly rate: 6 × $197 = $1,182. Refund: $1,970 − $1,182 = $788.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14 day window. You can cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.
4. Overage charges
Overage charges (extra visits, extra domains, extra automation runs) are non-refundable once incurred. To avoid overages, set usage alerts in your account dashboard or upgrade to a higher tier.
5. Checkout processing fee
The 0.5% processing fee on EF-hosted checkouts is non-refundable. It covers our payment processing infrastructure costs. External networks (BuyGoods, ClickBank, JVZoo, Digistore24) do not pass through EF and are not charged this fee.
6. Add-ons and custom domains
Add-ons (extra custom domains at $5/mo each, etc.) are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can remove add-ons any time and they will not renew.
7. Enterprise plans
Enterprise plans are governed by the specific terms of your Master Service Agreement (MSA). Contact your account manager for refund inquiries.
8. Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, ACH). Processing time depends on your payment provider, typically 5 to 10 business days.
9. Account termination by EF
If we terminate your account for a clear Terms of Service violation (fraud, abuse, illegal use), no refund is issued. We tell you what was violated and give you a chance to cure where possible. If we wind down a service or product, we refund you for unused time at our cost.
10. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a billing dispute, contact us first at [email protected]. We respond to disputes within 1 business day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate. We would much rather just refund you.
