Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No upgrade fees, no downgrade penalties.
What counts as a "visit"?
A unique visitor session to any of your EF-hosted pages. We filter bot traffic server-side (typically 30 to 40% of all web traffic) before counting. So your visit count reflects real humans, not crawlers.
Do you charge on revenue from BuyGoods, ClickBank, Shopify, or external platforms?
No. The 0.5% checkout fee only applies to revenue processed through EF-hosted checkouts (NMI, Stripe, etc.). If you use BuyGoods, ClickBank, Shopify, ConvertKit Commerce, or any third-party checkout, we charge $0 on that revenue.
What is an "automation run"?
A single trigger of an automation workflow. If you have an automation that "tags a lead and sends an email," that is one run. If 1,000 leads trigger it, that is 1,000 runs.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Monthly billing, cancel any time. We earn your business every month, not by locking you in.
Do you offer annual discounts?
